WeMindTheGap is an award-winning charity based in Wrexham which delivers programmes for disadvantaged young people aged between 16 - 25 years in North Wales and North West England.
CEO Ali Wheeler commissioned Mick Ord to create and deliver a Public Speaking workshop for the Senior Leadership Team to sharpen and develop their storytelling skills particularly when addressing business audiences and public sector stakeholders, such as care professionals and local authority representatives.
Mick devised a bespoke workshop by arming the individual members - all of whom had slightly different skills and experience - with the necessary tools and guidance to ensure that they will continue to hone and develop their public speaking skills as the charity moves forward.
