While you’re sipping away, I guess I’d better explain why I contacted you in the first place. I do media training workshops for the public sector with individuals, senior leadership, press and comms teams, in fact anyone who could benefit from my skills and experience from working at the BBC.


The aim is to ensure that organisations like yours get your messaging spot-on in a clear, authoritative and professional way (and without having to pay extortionate London prices for the privilege!).

Too often on tv, radio and online we see spokespeople (including some highly experienced politicians) struggle to handle the media and get their message across in a convincing way.

Indeed, too many organisations hide under the ‘no comment’ banner when there’s a breakout of negative publicity, making them appear to the ordinary person as if they have something to hide.

Some people don’t realise that in the real world, burying your head in the sand when there’s a media storm achieves nothing for your brand reputation and often makes matters much worse.
